What can I say about Marquez to do him justice? To have his beautiful prose wash over you is as rewarding as having a full body massage or dreaming that you can fly. I never want this man to stop writing!

Storyline
In their youth, Florentino Ariza and Fermina Daza fall passionately in love. When Fermina eventually chooses to marry a wealthy, well-born doctor, Florentino is devastated, but he is a romantic.
