MikeHD: Thank you for your response Trish, and I hope you don't think I will no longer be in here defending what I believe. Though I have less time than I used to, I will still pop in now and then. It can still be quite fun. The enjoyment stops when one or both sides start to target the person and not their position. Instead of trying to persuade on the merits of their argument, they instead try to trash the opponents with childish tactics and manipulative strikes that often leave the audience lost and totally uninterested. A healthy debate, where there are things to be learned, is great. But all this arguing with you said this, and you made a mistake here, and ha ha I got you to say something stupid … all that is just non-sense and accomplishes nothing except making some people laugh at us. I have learned a great deal from you Trish, and I feel a better person for it (at least better at defending my faith). I am encouraged by you, and admire you greatly. You are very strong and extremely intelligent. I pray for you often, and I hope we continue to see each other in these threads. Friends, but foes forever… or maybe not forever, right?
