personally i think its all true if you look back on the summers we've had over the past few years and compare them to those of say 15 20 years ago you'll notice a great difference. the seasons have really changed we don't seem to get our summers now till september.
but the conspiracy theorist in me says its a ploy thought up by the petrol companies in order to sell their fule at a higher price as we hit peek flow. the supply is now greatly out streching the demand.
