Where in the rules does it state only Irish can rate the Irish, Germans the Germans, etc.?

well if you look 5 spaces to the left of the ieforums button theres a rate photos button, click it and you can rate a bunch of randomers photos.
wouldnt be to concerned my self, unless they leave nice/nasty comments

AND IM VERY POPULAR IN THE SOVIET UNIONYeah i agree with the amigos here that most ratings that are given seem to be from overseas.. jeez i thank the overseas babes as its them thats keeping my rating up id say haha the locals being very mean to me, very mean indeed :-( Id say its maybe bitterness coz they dont have a tea cosy like mine lol but in my own opinion the Irish are far more picky than a lot of other nationalities and this was talked about by me and the lads in the club last week.. Yet we are good looking.. so it makes me scratch my head like this

Yeah its mostly the Yanks but here check this out I was away last year and was on my way up to Seattle. passing through Portland, Oregon on my way there we pulled into a gas station to top up the coach and pick up some supplies, i.e. food etc.. Anyway inside the store I got the usual "oh my god are you Irish" and "we love your accent" and was given some free stuff and extra stuff for what I had paid for.. So the Americans may indeed have a real thing for the Irish.. So take it as a compliment folks thats what I say.. I feel they are just a more friendlier and complis mentus race ;-) and yeah I made that word up also lol
