I know there's always rivalry when my home county and adopted county meet even if it the opening game of the Championship.
The rivalry doesn't seem as fierce since "The back door" system was introduced and both counties haven't the strength they had in previous years.
I predict a close one though as first game nerves could kick in for the Dubs...A draw or a point or two in it methinks. I think the Dubs will win but remain optimistic for my beloved Royals.

C'mon The Royal cheering

I have mine hanging proudly from an upstairs window...How "Ghetto" am I laugh
My daughter is gone to Crete with her Meath jersey in tow. My son is quite another story, he has been begging me to buy him the Dublin strip but I keep refusing. I told him he can get one but keep it in his dad's laugh

Too true TG sure the Dubs would have nowhere to live if it wasn't for Meath.
As Hector says there's more Arnotts jerseys walking around Navan than there are Meath ones, sadly.laugh
