The_Astronomer: For me, I'm looking for a place with someone nice in the world; someone who'll love the good things I hold dear and want to do and support me in them.

someone that has fabulous banter like mine
someone that will put me in my place when i become too bossy
someone that loves to laugh at slapstick stuff
someone that i can trust and he me
someone that when i look in his eyes i see love for me

i guess we will all know when we find it..
It seems those who want the physical are pursuing a totally separate line. Your requirements are common right across the board.
But point #3 is unusual for a woman in my opinion. Some women wouldn't want to be put in their place for that. I think it's rather humble of you to have this as one of your requirements, unless you're being humorous :)

I wouldnt want to walk all over a guy and i wouldnt respect a guy that would let me do that, in a relationship men have a voice too..

No there's nothing worse than a guy who 'loves' his lady so so much, he'll let her do anything. They get cast aside or dominated and squashed. That's pathetic
It seems to me in relationships, there's often stupid extremes, where at the other end, a woman gets slapped for nothing and told to shut up. Why can't we all have a normal easy going thing where both partners have their voice :)
