fredchurchquincy, Massachusetts USA11 Threads 23 Postsim in work with a man that had a strange medical condition the muscles in his face contracted causing him to smile .and he couldnt stop. i had to drive him to the hospital. im still laughing . a grin i should never forget.even the doctor treating him couldnt keep a straight face.i laughed at him so much i had tears in my eyes and my gut was sore.
