Beans on toast ..... that's easy. I know what you mean about cooking for one. When my kids come I sometimes do a very large pot of bolognese or a caserole and then freeze the rest in single portions for myself later.

I had chocolate yesterday morning for breakfast,this morning i had toast and jam,i will have a chocolate biscuit tonight after dinner..
