I must have missed that thread.... Someones got to be the provider... Men dont have dragons to slay anymore... since equality in genders came about. What was her/his name..... Germaine Greer... we have a lot to thank her for NOT.

Isn't that statement a contradiction of equality ?
It is different when a couple get together to start a family then it is best if one parent can be the provider and the other is the home maker but nowadays it is common for both parents to work to make ends meet. And if this is the case, they should both share the domestic chores and child raising along with the joint financing.
If children are not part of a couples life style then they should both contribute 50/50 to the treasure chest. ( assuming they are physically capable ).
This is equality ........ no free riders allowed on my roundabout.
