BMI: Body Mass Index

Divide your weight in Kg by the square of your height in metres.

The 'ideal' for women falls between 21.5 and 23.5
For men between 23.5 and 25.5

It's all piffle really. If you're comfortable in your skin and without any major health problems that's all that matters.
