At first loved it I was 15 when I started still in school went on to college when I finished then the hard bit start 80 hour weeks, splits, double shifts some it is for others not so much I lasted at it for 5 years but called it quits and left now working in an office which is a lifetime away form the buzz of a kitchen but I love it..
It depends on the person really it's a tuff job but if you love it the good far out weights the bad..
