If its bitumen or high gloss paint they wont wash off as they are waterproof, bitumen is a by product of the petro chemical industry we use it as a roofing material in construction, similar to the tar that is put on roads,, think you should take photos of your car and have names and addresses of other people who were at the garage tonight if possible, phone your insurance company in the morning and see what they have to say.

I would get over to McDonalds first thing in the morning and show them the mess. Show the pic's of the other car too and ask them to deal with it.Tell them if they don't, you will have to pass it on to your solicitor.

grin well if you ask nice mcdonalds could give it a grand bright YELLOW AND RED paint job to match rolling on the floor laughing even a clown on the bonnet

1 - did you say it to manager

2 - did you find out the name of contractor doing the work

let your insurance company know, should be easy to sort out, amke sure you have a photograph of the damage though. I am sure either the building contractor or Mcdonalds have public liability insurance
