The agency is guide by the nuclear club countries, and funny to learn that the main duty of the agency is to prevent the spread of nuclear to the world particularly to a irresponsible hands. So my questions are this.
do you think the duty of the IAEA is irrelevant? Do you think they been setup to a witch-hunt a specific groups or particular countries? Do you think the work of IAEA should be full expanded to every country in the world? Whose the judge to decide on who is responsible and who is not? Do you think there is someone who should be allow to have nuclear?
More than all, do you think the Japanese guy is suitable for the task? What is your say about Dr ElBaradei? During the election for electing the new head of the agency, there was a drama between the developed vs developing nations, what is your understanding on the quarrel?
