Yep christmas is all about presents and i love it.. only 3 weeks bring it on

I just went out and had a look for one but the all looked like as if they had eating disorders... LOL So i'm holding out for the perfect one..
jimbo79: i share my son with my ex so everything is split 50/50 christmas included, he stayed with me last year so he is with her this year, so i will call over to him in the morning to see him opening his presents then bring him in to my house for a few hours before dropping him out again, then off to my parents for dinner then over to my girlfriend for the night
i think its great that you do this

well i normally head out to my sis in the morning for an hour or 2 with the kids and exchange pressies etc,go collect my ex to bring him up to mine for his dinner etc with the kids then its home get the turkey on, normally have 2 or 3 visitors about this time....neighbours kids etc and maybe mum and dad for a glass of vino.... then whoever i have invited for dinner will arrive (i normally have 1 or 2 friends who dont have any family invited)so we're all around the kitchen table while im getting the dinner on the go having a glass or 2 of wine....dinner....play with the kids while the washing up is being done cos i cooked after all....kids go bed about 8.30 or 9 and more friends arrive for a boozy night with lots of laughs and maybe a sing song....then die a death the following day and veg on the couch
i spend the day with my three kids though theyre not babies anymore

Maybe you should take up your families invitation ! It's nice to spend Christmas with family. But I guess whatever makes you happy

Yea Pete but i dont have a problem being at home by myself on Christmas day,i will have fun on Boxing day so it will be the calm before the storm

well i havent celebrated a christmas since i was about 10.. since i have been 16, i have been around the country xmas day.. not a big thing for me
