Not only do I turn my own wrenches, I have a panic attack if anyone else wants to get under his hood. No, I am not a mechanic by a long shot, so I do have to sit there and sweat it when I have to take him to one. Mostly because I know they are going to try to double charge me just because I am a girl. Have even had one of the guys drive him in before, just so I won't have to deal with it.

Unfortunately, overcharging does happen everywhere to women. Is very cool that you work on your own, haven't known many women that do that. That could be one of the reasons that men don't believe that it is yours.
