I used to live on chinese food, I would get a curry every night after work for a year and a half and I put on nearly 2 stone of fat,so i cut that out lol Chinese food is delicious, If only it was low in fat

Drink doesnt really put much weight on me, chinese food did and I always had 1 before i went to bed so that was clever of me

I was the same.. Dude your only supposed to have 2,500 calories a day and in 10 pints of cider, there is 1,000 calories in each pint apparently..
Zizzles: I would recommend it to someone who had trouble putting on weight
