every time I start the computer I get this pop up on the screen,

an unidentified program wants access to your computer

manifestengine,exe
unidentified publisher

cancel
allow

Anyone here know what this is and how I can stop it happening,
all advice welcomed and appreciated,,

It appears to be an updater for Logitech software. Did you install a webcam?

This file has something to do with your webcam... I just googled it (I'm bored) and it said this file could be secretly recording wven if you think the cam is off. My advice would be to google Manifestengine, this will tell you where the files are located and delete them all...

yeah I did about a year ago but havent used it in ages,, how do i stop it?

Best thing to do is to uninstall the webcam if you don't use it, either by clicking start, then programs, then webcam and click the uninstall option

or

Another way is to go to control panel, add/remove programs and uninstall the webcam
