OK, if a person isn't really photogenic, does that really mean they're should get a 5 or lower on the on the rate picture option?. I try to get a decent idea of a profile not just by the picture but reading what info the person puts out there. I'm pretty straight-foreward, and have good instincts so I can tell if someone is worth the time. Am I wrong?

Everyone is photogenic, you just need to know what you are doing. If you dont like a photo of yourself try different angles and take many. Its very rare even a professional takes 100 good photos out of 100.

You want to make the best first impression you can not only on this site but out there in the real world, so why would you let yourself down by using a far from average photo and writing a bio thats basic and un-attracting., then contacting someone and not having a grasp of the English language.

So basically rating someone a 5 or lower because of how they look, well surely if its how the rater feels they should do it ..... beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all!
