You may want to post this in the Canadian Forum. Which province are you moving to? It will be helpful to know. You don't want to hook up with folks in British Columbia if you are going to Nova Scotia, for example - different ends of the world, different time zones etc. It will probably take about 5 days to drive from BC to Nova Scotia.
