All my life i have been slim so i have never known what it was like to carry exra weight. As i got older i walked and watched what i eat etc,. Well in the past year i have put on weight, this is due to a medication. The medication i am on is 100% effective and it has made a massive difference to my health, but one of the side effects is weight gain. I have asked the doc for an alternative but i can not have HRT in any form, so it is this or nothing.
My question is, would you give up the med or keep taking it...............
