she saw him
standing there
staring at her
she didn't know
who he was
nor did she
know where
he came off


he just stood there
staring at her
without saying
a word
when she look
into his eyes
all she saw
was darkness
but she didn't
fear him
nor was she
afraid of him


she heard a
voice inside of
her
saying it is alright
he is not here
to hurt you
but to help you

she watch him
bend down and
pick up the pieces
of her broken heart
as she watch him
holding them
she watch tears
coming out of
his eyes


with each tear drop
she felt her
broken heart being
mended she wonder
how this come be
with each of
her tear drops
she felt her
hurt and pain leaving
her

as her hurt and pain
was leaving
she felt it
being replace by
love and happiness

when she place
her hand on his
chest
she felt no
heart beat
but she felt
his love for her
deep in her soul


her soul told
her yes you are
feeling true love
your hurt and pain
is being replace
by true love


she knew she loved him
but she knew
he was not
the one
that God had
made for her
he was only
there to help
her to mend
her broken heart
she knew she
had caught a
falling star
she knew
the day will come
when she will
have to let him go


when she looked
in his eyes
she could see the love
his soul holds
for her
she knew in
her soul
that love is true

when she cried
he held her
in his arms
and wipe
her tears away
with tender
loving care


he helped her
to mend her
broken heart

to put her life
back togther

to believe in
herself once more

get faith back in herself

to tomorrow
instead of cussing

let go of

true love

she wonder how
this come be

he whisper in her ear

where ever you go
where ever life takes you
my heart will go with you

smile and do not cry
