I know what you mean I mailed a lady on another site asking her did she have an accident, she replied with a ? and I explained i thought she had an accident because there was toilet paper hanging beside her head off a roll, Hey I thought it was funny at the time

She probably just didn't get it...I would find that funny
Sense of humour varies from person to person Some people can only get a joke that has a beginning middle and punchline.
I was bartending once and the cd player was acting up. A customer who was younger than me said " Ah sure dont worry about it we know that you are only used to vinyl" The two of us were laughing our heads of and yer man beside him didn't get it at all, had to explain to him that I was being slagged about my age

I dont think Id be insulting them, on another site you nearly need to insult them to get a reply off them, I mailed this girl good looking an all tht she was but she had this kinda like a spot or a wart of the bridge of her nose so me being me I mailed her and asked her was that a wart on her nose? Now I just didnt think when I sent it and I certainly didnt mean to cause offence, she replied saying it wasnt a wart and that she would break my nose if she ever met me
We actually mail each other quite a bit now and get along great
