Neenaw: 1. Buy a jar of local honey (standard if not)
2. Buy a bunch of fresh thyme
3. Put both into a pot and simmer for 20-30 mins.
4. Strain out thyme.
5. Pour honey back into jar, cover with kitchen roll, till it cools.
