I remember seeing this person as a child on the news a good few years ago. He'd been out on a day trip in London and went home and sketched the Houses of Parliament, even as a child he was amazingly accurate.
I'm not 100% sure about his dsiability,but I think he is Autistic, he's certainly amazing that's for sure.
