I've just got back from Spain and i'm already drooling about the Gambas al Pil Pil i had in the local tapas bar. It so simple but so tasty. Love it ! I'm not a big fan of Prawns/shrimp but that dish has me wanting more and more. Delicious !

I like to cook banana bread and stuff like that. I just got a vintage Better Homes cook book called Quick Breads or something like that. It's full of great easy looking recipes. To get the best recipes. get all the books all the moms had like Pilsbury baking recipes and the recipes that came printed on food boxes.

Oh, there is a Lebonese women in town that makes the very best liver pate' I've EVER eaten!!!!. Even if you don't like liver, you would like this. yummy!
