Why is it that photos rated as high as in the nine point range come and go constantly yet one photo namely (DocSmiles) rated at an 8.46 always remains within the top five....never having the percentage change.... further.... how is it that particular photo has been seen on another profile at a prervious time.... yesterday, 10/9/11 there were three photos with 8.57, 8.56. and 8.55 posted in the top five along with the photo in questioned.... today all three are gone and not listed any where yet the photo in question remains.... who is responsible for this travesty because it puts doubt upon the whole "CS" section called "Top 100" pics.... remains constant
