What happened Sir Marss was that when George Harrison and Michael Jackson {who owned copyright to The Beatles songs} passed away, Yoko had the the original songs. She, Paul and Ringo released them to the Public on youtube.

no capitol with no new material own the hollywood bowl acetates released them...ringo doesn't own much...yoko got rights back when john died george owned most of his already and paul had to wait till rights came back to him...consider the beatles never promoted sales of anything with their music...paul stood by that m j sold rights to nike and others...noone in the beatles camp did...gray for day show black for night...
