I was in Mississippi on a business trip in 2000, so I saw the conditions first hand. They are improving because the State opened the doors to Casino Gambling. The one I visited was on the Mississippi River. I saw a lot of money being spent and much of it going to the State to help the poor.
Last month, Mississippi was granted a new automobile factory to be built there that will employ thousands of new workers.

But,as always,-it´s a one-way street "study",and where the villains and victims are presented,it´s always one "side" to blame.....,and guess who?
