I think my personal favorite is a bit out of date (and will make me look like the nerd I am, no doubt). WAY back in the day, I was one of the few who got my hands on a Virtual Boy game system. Basically, it was a stand mounted machine that you stuck your face in and the game would be displayed in 3D in front of you (red and black only), and EVERY game came with the following warning:
"Not to be played with by kids under the age of 8, as their eyes are still developing and could cause permanent damage."
My poor little brother couldnt play it, but I found it funny how Nintendo, who is known for and DID make kid friendly games for this thing, released a system that was a proven health hazard (keep in mind, this warning was ALSO on the screens as the game started... can you say Oops, too late?)
