I have problems sleeping, as I cannot keep to a sleep routine. I'm often mashed so it counteracts this.
Pills as in E's?? I'd never do them, I love smoking the herb, due to it's eurphoric effects. The inner peace is amazing, where as with pills, you gurn all the time and grind your teeth down!!!

Been there, done that. All they do, is refer me to a CPN, where's the anti - depressants?? They wont give me them as I have done drugs. Sucks huh?? Not depressed all the time, I'm up one day, down the next.. Life's a rollercoaster ride...
you do know if you are up one day and down the next that is a classic sign of depression man you need to get a better doc mine never asked me if i had taken drugs just if i smoke
I used to b down all the time, so I guess I'm gratefull that I get a few good days, lol
i always get down and sometimes happyI wish that I could get my hands on them!! Saying that though I've got some Kalms organic tablets somewhere, they do wonders!!
