Yet somehow the "Evil West" with all of it's technology and ability to make it rain thus depriving the middle east of much needed precipitation has failed to make it rain in the central United States where I live. A region that produces nearly a quarter of the worlds food supply is allowed to have it's crops wither and die despite the fact that we could "just force it to rain"??? Seems highly unlikely.

I guess USA tried the technology out on South Ontario first, we don't have much rain since May and everything is in need of water. People are asked to water the trees on the streets in London Ontario and most of Ontario has an open fire ban.
I don't like my neighbors they have a lots of crazy technology.
Or maybe just maybe the weather is just playing tricks on us, like it did for a long long time now.

You´re not the only one doing so,-Iranian minister Hassan Mousavi is also doing that,and he has the answer to it,-in this case,-the drought in the soutern parts of the nation......
The reason for it is not El Nino,rather USA.....
