Simply_Pippa: A friend is recently acting incomprehensible that she wants an enjoyable working environment. She has been transferred thrice to different departments of her choice and yet she is still complaining that she does not like what she is doing.

I dont think there is such a thing as perfect, but we can still enjoy the work we do. However, your friend just sounds like someone who will never be pleased no matter what
