or lunch brunch breakfast or snacktime? Share your most favorite recipe or how to get by with a microwave and a noodles! LOL.

I am going to make my version of Adobo Chicken, ( for one )blues
This is one of the favorites in the Philippines. Aw, but for me I will be using a remix and only adding the chicken and adding fresh organic Broccoli. I think I will make some Jasmine Rice to go along with it and make a Licorice root tea as well. Not sure what else I can add, don't want to go to the grocers.

So what are you going to have? you can post a picture of it, now remember people are eating so be cool.

OK, so I chopped up the Chicken Breast and the Broccoli and am browning that in a skillet coated generously with coconut oil and sprinkled with red pepper lightly.
I already have the rice cooked and ready to eat once the rest is done. I used a bit of coconut oil with the Jasmine Rice to give it a nice extra flavor.
And I am really getting hungry!! LOL

On the last step of this one, everything is ready except the Adobe mix simmers with the meat and vegetables until it turns a nice sauce. Serve with the rice and Licorice Root tea. Once it is all ready you eat.

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing Now I have to get up and go to the store?rolling on the floor laughing Well,...I guess if I have to get up I might as well make it a four cheese sandwich and add some grated Gruyere. And a hint of shaved garlic to the butter as I grill the sandwich,....and well, hell, might as well start the soup from scratch as well,....because I have NO idea where I put the can opener!rolling on the floor laughing

Palatable?? My Dear Migsy, I have not been to a Country where they were not beyond enticed by the way I prepared their dishes to the point they insisted I make more. Same with the Sinigang, and this is in a Country as you know insists to never allow a guest to lift a finger. LOL. You do know what I mean. Of course living here I probably will always end up mixing in new things and experimenting. Food is good.
