In a word, yes. And when we don't like the way it's going most don't realize they need to take responsibility for getting back on track.
Maybe I will not explain myself or am not understanding the question.....but yes........if we ourselves don't get up and at least voice our objections/complaints/outrage/opinions how can we as a people, a human, grow and shape snything in our own lives....including our children....I can't see how the NIMBY attitude can beneift anyone.
