LaPiu: Most people have some ideas on what keeps them healthy;

Italians would probably say its the 'pommodore' (tomato) sauce with all it's lycopen content

and Greeks might say its their olives,

Americans ... hmmmm hope they're not gonna say fast food - cause thats NOT it No of course they wouldnt, cause there's SOME healthy traditions in every state in US too I guess



So, my question is to YOU; NUTRITION wise; how do you PLAN to / how DID you stay in shape in your life so far - do you have a thing you eat often maybe a cultural thing or a habit from your family that you KNOW is GOLDEN??

For me - its dried CHILI daily with my dinner what ever dinner I eat - luv it !


wave I drink ginger/tumeric tea 2xs a day...and lots of walking has helped me stay as healthy as I can be now.

Oh, and I eat different flavors of yogurt (lemon meringue(its golden) /chocolate banana smitten

I also walk a lot every day, and measure my walk with an app on my iphone - quite addictive innocent
