I still think the second answer is more correct since at 28 day he actually only gets to the edge of the well...I guess it depends if you are measuring from the point at which he feet leave the ground or how high his head goes but since you said it wasn't abot the monkeys height to someone else ....I revised
Six years...? I could have kept this going you know...well, you'd probaly had figured it out..
if the well is 30ft... and you gain 3, and lose 2... at day 30 he'll be on the edge of the well so 31 days.
Has to be 31 days, laws of physics says a frog cannot jump vertical, then shift direction out of the well in any less than that time.
hmmm...so I had it right? or is there more then one logic?
