I thought about that after I initially posted so I'm glad you won't lose sleep now. Have u tried counting sheep or rabbits or Pringles? Sometimes that works.

No, I did my "workaholic" bit in my 20s and 30s. I have immense demands put on me in my work but its not by choice. I'd do anything for a calmer, quieter, slower pace of life ...................
