your eyes can tell your every secret or if your telling the truth I dont know if they are a mirror to the soul or not but they do say a lot like how your feelin and things like that

eyes are like body language... they can tell if you are being truthful or not - BUT only if someone pays attention to them!
but what if you're blind ???
My eye's are usually crossed and my vision is blurry cause I'm usually pissed out of my mind! (See main picture) 
very good question....looking at his/her eyes may not always tell you very much except that he/she may have visual impairment
I have heard this, but it's not a clear indicator. Depending on the culture...some people shifts their eyes, look away from the other person, or look down at their feet, but doesn't mean they are lying.
very true... in fact there are a lot of cultures who will never look you directly in the eyes because they believe it looks directly into their sole...

Windows to your soul........I always look into someones eyes when i am talking to them........I will even ask them to remove their sunglasses......just because I gotta know..........
well if a person is blind their eyes will obviously not say anything about them... there soul is hidden from sight and it takes a greater understanding and communication to reveal it... 
Yes, your eyes can ertainly tell alot about the various moods you are in.
If you look deeply into the eyes of another you will see yourself reflected back.
In other words, you are mirroring the other person
You can also know how intelligent someone is by looking into their ear. If you can see your car through the person's other ear...It's a good indication that they are not too bright.
