i just moved to Mesa AZ. and luv it here 
how neat that there is now an AZ forum 
well i know im not the only person on this site that lives in AZ. so i wonder why im the only one to post in here??
Hi.... I guess I can post too...I live in Mesa... Just moved here in April... It is hot here in the summer... I have lived in Minnesota for the last 19 years so a really big change.... This is a really good feature to have on here...
Hey, I have also just recently moved to Mesa (coinidence lol) I have been here since August. It is pretty good here even though the weather is a big change (lived in Massachusetts my whole life). Anyway hello to all the other Arizona members.
Hello... from Rimrock Arizona. I'm in upper middle Arizona. Cooler than Phx. in the Summer but still hot. Oak Creek Canyon is awesome, and the Red Rocks are spell binding. I have been here since 1973. Living first in Sedona from '73 to '93. Lost my home in the flood of Oak Creek in '93. 
I have been in Rimrock since then. Still work in Sedona, but tourism and building has really gotten out of hand. I really like it here away from the hustle and bustle...
in Rimrock. Hope this forum grows and grows.

I have lived here for 22 years and love it her with exceptions of June, July and Aug.
As you can tell by mine and Wildness's picture we are together met here on CS and are crazy about each other.
So why are we still here? Freinds and it is a cool place but I do have to say I am not on here any of the amount of time I once was.

Hi I have lived in Phoenix since '96.
I moved to Arizona in 05... if it werent for the theft rate... I'd absolutely love it here... well that and all the a**hole people...

Ok I'm moving to Tucson in about two weeks. I've visited there alot, played music in Pine top, Tucson and Phoenix but I'm sure living there will be a cultural shock, especially for this mountain made Hillbilly. I think I'll probably even have to change my profile name to Crazyboynaz....naaaa!

you may be right i went from Alaska to Montana not a bad move or change but then to here Mesa AZ. WOW city big City

Well, I officially did it...I'm now living in Tucson and I love it so far. Been here a whole 2 days and yep, BIG cultural change. I kept my name here but changed my home info so now I can get in the AZ forums. Thanks for the "good luck" I needed it and got it.

Been in Tucson since 1976 with a couple of "extended" vacations to commercial-fish in Alaska and Assistant Chef in Sante Fe, N.M. Great idea for a local thread!!! I'm new to this site and may post more info once/if I get comfortable.
LOL! Actually I posted a thread abot that and everyone said to leave it the same since im from the "hills" of Va, but coming from you , I just might do that...thanks for the input.

Don't worry about being one of the first to post. Introducing yourself is a great way to break the ice and start getting acquainted.
Maybe new members don’t know about these forums, don’t understand what to do, or just need a little encouragement. How about an invitation from you to join the group and post here? – maybe even set a time to meet in the forums. Get to know some local members by writing and inviting Arizona members to join you here. If several forum posters chose a few Arizona members each day and send them an invitation through the CS mail, you will see this forum become active.
There is a flower message that says “Meet me in the Connecting Singles Forums” you could send also – but a mail message could give more information and may work better.
For those of you who are new to forum posting here’s a short HowTo:
There is a Forums Navigation Bar underneath the main navigation bar at the top of this page. The ‘All Threads’ page is where all threads are listed- in order of most recent activity date at the top of the list.
If you have a new topic of interest and want to START A NEW THREAD:
click on 'Start New Thread' in the Forum navigation bar, choose an appropriate category, type your response and press 'submit'. Your thread will appear on the list of 'All Threads' and members will be able to view and post to it.
If you read a thread and want to REPLY TO A THREAD:
Click on the 'Reply to this Thread' button at the upper right of the page inside the thread. Type your response and submit. Your post will appear at the end of that thread- in the order it was submitted.
