One great download (free no adward/spyware) is MRU Blaster. Do a search, download it, nstall. Very lightweight, and will take care of cookies, temp files, recycle bin...you choose.
Until then,
click start---then control panel----then internet options-----then you'll see Delete Cookies, Delete Files. click both.
Reopen your browser. Resign in.
See if that works before downloading, ok? lemme know, hon.
