Ok dude, let’s analyses your thread and try and reach an understanding;
Now on the assumption that you personally are in some sort of race I assume more than 100 meters hence the “puffing like hell” expression otherwise i suggest cut down to the low TAR BRAND before our fantastic Governmental anti smoking or in your case anti choking campaign ill’s you worse still kills you.
In answer to your question if you are in third position and overtake second position you are therefore by default in second position, unless you have had a nicotine rush and in so doing (rush moment) over take the first place position via min cab. I suspect though your going to blind us with the obvious go for it
