I saw that on the CNN last night also. I had the volume turned down, so I didn't here the commentary that went with the footage. There were adults in the video. Were they not the parents? The kids knew how to hold it and were inhaling....., you're right. I thought at first they were smoking little cigars, was shocked at the headline that it was marijuana!

very sad, especially since those children's brains have yet to fully develop.
the mother claimed she was present, but sleeping. to me, this means she had to regularly allow the marijuana in her house in the first place, otherwise...well, the smell is a bit obvious.
