i dont think skinny is attractive at all. 
Within reason it's not a big concern to me ... I mean of course I personally have a preference to have a particular size of girl( most of us men do) but as long as a girl is confident and comfortable with her weight and physique I beats some girl who is overly obsessive with her size.

My, personally, I prefer the women with alittle meat on the bones. Not so much the heavy hitters (sorry for the term), but more the ones who WON'T blow away in a wind storm
