I wouldn't let them upset me too much...their just worried about you and I think that their "making light",of the situation is just their way of dealing with it themselves.I think that sometimes the person who has to deal with the "adversity",whatever that may be,is stronger emotionally than their loved ones.Believe me...their concerned about you,they're just trying to be strong for you,girl!!

It is just hard right now..... I went through having breast cancer basically alone and am scared of going through this alone. It fianlly hit me thismorning though that I have a poision in my body one that some have told me could kill me if it leaks into other areas of my body.
I like to think that I am a strong woman but it is a scary thing.

No doubt...I've never been thru anything like that myself so, I can only imagine. What poison are you talking about...the implant that ruptured? I thought those were filled with saline solution now?

As it turns out I have a ruptured implant in my left breast.
I am suposed to call the surgeon sometime today and try to see him within 2-3 days.
I have my family around but all they seem to want to do is make jokes to try and make me laugh about the situation.
Should this upset me?
