Yea, that's very true..I can't stand be lied too or the worst is when you find out later, that's it was a lie all along that's when it really sux...
Well Missy, I'm sure that it has made you a stronger person, and I know what ya mean..I've had a few people lie to me and it's made me a lot stronger, plus I always make sure I can trust them before I say anything personal....
Actually, it really harden my heart for the longest time. I am finally starting to feel like my old self again! But yes...I am a very strong person because of it. A little too strong, lol. I really missed the old me, so glad she is back!
I'm really happy for you, Missy..I sometimes don't feel that way, certain things have happened in my life, that I wish I could turn the hands of time, but we all know that can't happen..But I'm here atleast, lol...
Even though I'm new to this site, I'm on others just trying to get a little more exposure, but I can't tell you how many emails I've sent just to not hear back. I've had those that have told me flat out I don't think it'll workout or sorry I'm already seeing someone and I write them back saying ok and I move along. Whether or not it's true or not doesn't matter, I just appreciate that more then being ignored, because that's what it feels like to me. On this site though there isn't too many women in all of my ranges be it distance, or age, or whatever, but maybe someone new will come along. I also like the forums here. I've also learned that being on these sites that it's important to be patient. I am curious though did I do something wrong in my profile because it's pretty similar to other site's I'm on? I know I'm pretty truthful and I'm far from being the bad boy that most women down here seem to like.
LJ440--I really do believe this is just one of the smaller sites. Seems like it takes a hundred people to be able to find just one person you would consider dating. I have finally learned not to take "no response" as personal...I can finally just shrug it off. Good luck to ya in doing the same...
There wasn't one sweetie, lol....Good thing I brought my cousin and girlfriend!! It's ok, I pretty much knew from the beginning what would happen, but it didn't stop me from trying, lol. Oh well, I have PLENTY of fun with them too! I just like meeting new people. Wow, we sure had fun together....all single, all 29, all same attitude, and NO kids! YES...we had a blast! I have SO MANY stories to tell ranging from accidentally walking into a gay bar to how I gave my girlfriend a bruise on her shoulder (but I won't tell, lol). I could tell you where I got my tattoo and piercing, but OH NO...you would've had to be present. Maybe next time some of you will show...this outta teach ya, LOL!
