which is his best book ever? I've tried to read only one, couldn't finish it, maybe because the story was so known to me, and there was a lot of macho in the principal character, which i don't appreaciate...and i've heard he is basicly like that So, it was just like reading about black magic-familiar to me but exotic to others.
Whoever i know caught me with the book, just melt straight away...so, can anyone explain me why he is so gorgeous?I can learn
"Risibles amours" was the first I have read from Kundera, and wow! What a schok! A good one...
That book is composed of several small texts that speak of the human intimate relations and through it of the dysfunction of the speech, theme that appears in all works mature of Kundera. He analyzes the themes of the identity, the authenticity and the phenomenon of the illusion (how the facts change elusive manner in their opposite). Most histories take place in the Czech society of the belated Stalinism and reveal the reality of this time.
Try it Cristina, you will love it for sure! But I have no clue of what can be the tittle in English...if I translate, it is "Laughable loves". Does that make sens??
