Well, what can I do? I didn't want to fly or drive to Iowa just to look at some apartments. I didn't have the time for it anyway. I've picked my last 2 apartments like that and they were fine.

My new apartment has a garage too! I'm so happy. Iowa winter would be bad for my car. I want to buy a small used SUV to get through it. Mine doesn't do well in the snow.
