Thx to everyone for your concern on the 26th-I have incl'd what happen to her-cause of injury! (6)

This is what happen - last year in March 06, Panama trip all students, bus accident on their way back. Her injuries are herniated & bulging disks, nerve damage etc..

She has a cane, but for more then 2 blocks has to use a wheelchair, pain is to severe.

She is a trooper, but I see the strain on her because her life just stopped she was a social butterfly, always out involved in so many activities etc.. never at home !! And now graduated as a Chef, her career is put on hold, she cannot work at all and has to remain in the house, gets out for all her Doctor app'ts only! She does have excellent care, one of her Physo therapist is Wayne Krestky (hockey player can't spell the name ha!) his doctor also treats Chrissy.

THank God she met this wonderful Boy in College before the accident he is her guardien Angel. He also was on the bus tried to grab Chrissy when the accident happen, but she flew right out of her seat, to the ceiling and down, then managed to grab her and thank God it would have been worse he protected her and her face or beleive me it would have been worse. Unfortunately she got the worse injury!

Her wedding (Big wedding) was suppose to be Sept 19th then had to postpone because of surgery. And in one of my threads "the surprise" well I do beleive I am right she is planning to get married but family only, we do not let on we suspect and she is so excited and beleive me it is great to see the "Old Chrissy beaming with joy" *smiles*

And another reason she knows I do not beleive in common law etc... and she does respect the values I have passed on to my girls. And to be married before surgery, Jake can move in and be with her 24/7, I will also be there to take care of her.

This accident happen in the USA, and her lawyer makes sure she is well taking care of. so thank God we do not have to worry about expensive etc....

Also found out not only a app't with a Neurosurgeon, they also want a physiatrist in on the panel

I wanted to share with u what happen, so many were concern

From what you say here Dawn, it sure could have been worse. I think she's a lucky girl to have so much love in her life.
