WAIT a minute here . . . . .Is there any chance that they are assuming one person has several accounts, when in fact there may be a legitimate reason for them having the same ISP? Maybe they are roommates and as such, would show as having the same ISP and the mods assumed it was one person making trouble by creating multiple accounts? I dunno, just a thought . . . . . . . . .
