What do you think about stem cell research? The company "Stem Cell" is working on the liver. They are using stem cells from adults (no baby killing). My uncle has liver cancer. They are very close to getting patents for their procedures. They would probably have a cure for my uncle if it wasn't for that idiot of a president we have. His veto set the U.S. back 4 years. I'm getting off track. Sorry. So, what do you think about stem cell research?

They found out that adult stem cells are not as flexible as embryos, which makes this a mess. If they need to use embryos I would have to say no. If they can find other ways to make these stem cells, it would not be a problem. But now we are talking about cloning a human.... think about it a bit.... they will be harvesting people.... not good.... If you have the link to the company so I may take a look at their research and how they will be doing it I would like it please... send it to my email here.... Thank you....I will then come back and give my opinon.......

Ok I found it and yes this would be ok.... as long as it didn't harm a person. It would be like a organ transplant... Anyways that is what I got out of it....

Now for Bush, He voted it down because some others didn't want it to happen. Once this company gets it down and goes before the President again he would vote for it..... if human life wasn't being affected by it....

Thank you for the link....

Since when is a cell a baby? Do you know what happens to all the stem cells that arent used for research? They get destroyed. So many people can be helped and so many people who will need help will die because conservatives would rather have the cells destroyed other than used for research. These people need to walk into any hospital in America and tell the sick and suffering why they will not get the cures they need to live.
Whos killing who?

Hi Sassy, please look into stem cell research. Read what the exports who are working on stem cell research say. People are suffering and dieing that can be helped and even cured someday by stem cell research. WHat they have to say will astonish anyone who reads it.
